Service is operating normally: [RESOLVED] Network connectivity

At 5:32 PM PDT a number of load balancers in a single Availability Zone in the US-WEST-1 Region experienced network connectivity issues. At 6:50 PM PDT, we experienced increased provisioning and scaling times for load balancers within a VPC. By 8:00 PM PDT, network connectivity was restored for the majority of load balancers in the affected Availability Zone. These issues have been resolved and the service is operating normally.
