Beginning at 11:50 AM PDT we experienced increased provisioning times for Classic and Application Load Balancers within the US-EAST-1 Region. At 12:40 PM PDT , registration times for new back-end targets began to increase. At 2:05 PM PDT , both load balancer provisioning and back-end target registration latencies began to recover. By 2:25 PM PDT , back-end target registration times had returned to normal levels and by 2:44 PM PDT load balancer provisioning had fully recovered. Connectivity to load balancers was not affected. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
