Intermittent Authentication Failures due to Underlying Azure Active Directory Issue
Starting at 21:23 UTC on 24 Mar 2017 a subset of customers may intermittently experiences authentication failures while attempting access Azure resources using the Management Portal, PowerShell and command line interfaces, and authentication providers. Please note that service availability to resources is not impacted. Confirmed impacted services are: Power BI Embedded, Visual Studio Team Services, Log Analytics, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Data Catalog, Application Insights, Stream Analytics, Key Vault, and Azure Automation. Engineers continue to investigate an Azure Active Directory issue as an underlying cause and have applied mitigation steps. Customers should be seeing improvement now. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
