Starting at 13:57 UTC on 16 Oct 2018, customers using a subset of resources in France Central may experience difficulties connecting to these resources. Engineers have identified a localized infrastructure event which caused a number of storage and virtual machines to experience drops in availability. Service teams have recovered majority of impacted compute resources and continue to recover unhealthy storage components. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes, or as events warrant.

Starting at 03:00 EST on 30 May 2018 a subset of customers using Virtual Machines in USGov Virginia may be unable to manage some Virtual Machines hosted in the region. Restart attempts may fail or machines may appear to be stuck in a starting state. Other dependent Azure services may experience downstream impact. These services include Media Services, Redis Cache, Log Analytics, and Virtual Networks. Engineers have identified the preliminary root cause and are applying mitigation. It is recommended to not perform any service management requests, as Virtual Machines will continue to run if no changes are made. Virtual Private Network - Multi Region - Advisory

Starting at approximately 14 Aug, 2015 18:24 UTC a limited subset of customers using VPN gateways in Multiple Regions may experience loss of Site-to-Site VPN connectivity for tunnels with multiple quick mode security associations under a single connection. An available workaround is to change the VPN configuration to support 1 Quick Mode SA pair per tunnel rather than using one Quick Mode SA per subnet pair. An available workaround is to change the setting from One VPN tunnel per subnet pair to One VPN tunnel per Gateway pair. We have identified a potential root cause, and are working to restore service. Starting at 1 Jun, 2015 13:49 UTC engineers have received reports in which a subset of customers with Virtual Networks in Western Europe may be experiencing issues with intra v-net communications. Customers are encouraged to resize impacted VM's as immediate workaround. An automated recovery feature took the appropriate action to restore service health. Some customers have reported the service restoration, and engineers are performing final validation that the incident is fully mitigated.
